The Monaco Salsa team is glad to welcome you for this 5th Monaco International Salsa Festival

In order to ease the pass retrieval, the SalsaMonaco team has set up a ticketing desk at the Salle du Canton. You'll be able to retrieve your different passes at this place from friday the 12th of March at the opening of the doors at 9pm.
Several panels will be set to help you find easily the corresponding ticketing office (Ordered / On site payment)
The braces used for the different passes are personnalized and of first quality so that it will be highly confortable. Therefore we ask you to keep it on your wrist during your stay.
Any lost braces or broken braces, exchange would be possible only if the broken one has been given back !
Moreover, the new braces will be billed 5 Euros. So be careful with your passes !!

Location and hours for the ticket retrieval office for your passes and bookings will be:

Pass Retrieval

At the Salle du Canton on friday at 9pm (opening of the doors)
At the Louis II stadium on saturday morning from 10am (opening of the doors) to 4pm
At the Salle du Canton on saturday at 9pm (opening of the doors)
At the Louis II stadium on saturday morning from 10am (opening of the doors) to 2pm
At the Salle du Canton on sunday at 9pm (opening of the doors)

Saturday / Sunday : avenue des Castellans (Entrance of the halls by the pedestrian street)

The Louis II stadium is a non-smoking area.
It will not be possible to eat inside the dance rooms.
The salsa village lobby has been designed for it and tables and chairs will be available in each level of the salsa village, nearby the bar.

The Monaco International Salsa Festival will propose you a food and beverages services in the salsa village at the center of the Louis II Stadium from 10am to 6pm (Snacks / Sandwiches / Miscellaneous drinks)

During the workshops in the Louis II Stadium, only shoes, dance shoes or sports shoes will be authorized. Heel shoes and shoes with metallic coverage will be strictly prohibited

On Friday / Saturday & Sunday evenings, the party will be held at the Salle du Canton : Les terrasses de Fontvieille, 25/29 avenue du Prince Héréditaire Albert, above the commercial Centre CARREFOUR.

The Monaco International Salsa Festival offers the menus of the VIP dinner (100 Euros per person with Champagne, dinner and exclusive table in front of the main stage)

• Restaurant le Michelangelo (Fontvieille neighbourhood, 5mn walks from the Salle du Canton)
• Sung, Chinese, 10 minutes drive.
• Le huit et demi (Monaco main harbor neighbourhood, 15mn walks).
• La Pizza du Stade
• Macdonald (below the Salle du Canton)

Parking place:

For the workshops, the Louis II stadium parking lot will be available for forfeit of 5.50 € during the day and 2 Euros for the night at the Centre Commercial Carrefour de Fontvieille parking lot (just below the Salle du Canton) only if you get in fom 7pm and not before.

By car: A8 highway, Monaco exit. Follow the indications"MONACO"- You arrive in the Principality by the Jardin exotique. You have to go down until the Fontivieille part who's located on the west side of Monaco. You have to always follow the main road until the Sainte Dévôte intersection (nearby the north entrance of the new train station) and keep on going down keeping your left to go to Fontvieille with the sea on your left. If you see the Novotel on your right, you will have to make a U-turn and go down (it will be straight forward until Fontivieille).

In train: Stop at the Monaco Monte Carlo station (the event location are after the south-east exit of the train station towards Fontvieille).

By plane: Nice Côte d’Azur Airport

From there, Monaco is reachable by bus en bus (direct shuttle), taxi or by helicopter (a help desk is available at the airport at the Monaco tourism offices desk).

A night bus service is available (Noctambus) for late return to Menton or Nice from thursdays til saturday night until 3am for Menton and around 4am for Nice (Ligne N100 ; 1.30 Euros the ticket bought on the bus) : www.cg06.fr or http://www.cg06.fr/transport/lignes-tam/noctambus.pdf
